Shipping Methods We normally ship via the UK Royal Mail. We have found this to be a cheap and reliable shipping method, saving both you and us money.
If a package is returned to us by the shippers because we were provided with a faulty address, we will attempt to contact you. You will be given the choice of re-shipping at your expense, or a refund minus the shipping.
Shipping rates UK Royal mail is priced according to weight. Therefore our shipping rates are also weight based, priced according to your country. Our checkout automatically calculates the shipping cost according to the weight of your order.
Shipping times Orders are usually shipped next business day. We usually do not ship on weekends or national holidays when the post office is not working.
Returns If you receive an item which is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days. If you are asked to return the item, you must return it quoting the returns number you will be given, to be received by us within 14 days of the number being issued (unless you are given a longer time by us, usually for international customers). We will then either resend or refund the item, at our option. Otherwise, all sales are final. Please note, no returns will be accepted without a returns number. Customs, duty and Import taxes Doreen's beads cannot be responsible for any customs or related charges on international shipments. Charges (if any) are determined by customs once the shipment has arrived in the country, and are usually payable on delivery. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions relating to regulations or charges.
