Product Guarantee Doreen's beads guarantees all goods against defects due to workmanship for a period of 6 months. Due to the use of real semi-precious stones, there may be natural inconsistancies or colour variations.
Product detail Please be aware that most of our products are handmade using natural materials, and therefore slight variations will be expected.
We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible in order for customers to have the best possible understanding of the product being ordered. All information is subject to change without notice. All product images are shown as a representation of the product, however some variations are outside of our control as software, hardware, and Internet connections may alter the appearance of the images.
Corrections Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product and price information, we are human, and as such may make mistakes, and errors do occaisionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Ordering Information Online ordering is available on our site, and our system is intended to keep this as safe, easy and convenient as possible. If a product is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, you will be contacted and offered an alternative or a refund.
Payment We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards, and most UK debit cards. (sorry we cannot accept Amex yet). All prices are charged in UK pounds, and your credit card company may not give the same exchange rate as our bank (rates on our site are updated regularly), therefore your payment may vary slightly from the price displayed in your currency.
Limitation of liability By ordering from our site you expressly understand and agree that Doreen's beads shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages of any sort, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) The use or the inability to use our service; (ii) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and/or services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from our service; (iii) Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transactions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) Any other matter relating to the service.
